The openining sentence of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra says ‘Atha Yoga Anushasanam’ which means ‘Yoga is happening now’. This is the best definition of Yoga’s holiticity. It states that Yoga dicipline has a much deeper meaning than only its pyhisical interperatation in the West. Yoga is actually a way of life, the bridge between body and mind that a gives a new sight to life. The best thing about Yoga is everyone has a chance to create a personal way of Yoga. Some might enjoy its pysical aspect and some might its spiritual aspect. Yoga has no such borders. This is what I like the most about it and I emphasiz that in my classes. Your yoga might be different than mine, doing the same pose might feel and seem different in your body than mine. As a teacher coming from Advayta Yoga school, my priority is to create a space to let my student to track the connection with body and watcing sensations and breath in Mindfulness.
My classes include elements of Hatha Yoga, Freedom Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Meditation is an important part of my teaching and I enjoy including meditation to my class.
If you have no prior experience, and willing to start or you wish to embrace Mindfulness in your practise, feel free to contact me.
I give private and group lessons. Please contact me in case of any questions.
Stay with love.
Namaste.
